When it comes to nutrition and exercise, it is about so much more than just eating and being physically activehe not be athletic. It's about the relationship to life, to the body and to the part of you that doesn't want to change. There is, and that's exactly where we'll start.
There is no one perfect diet
Every person is unique and individual. There is no one perfect nutritional concept that fits everyone equally well. There is also no single diet that is sustainable. Why? Because it only helps with weight loss in the short term, but never the root of an unhealthynd way of life grabs and thus fails in the long run.
I am NOT a nutritionist or dietician!
But I am a nature and outdoor trainer, a sports freak and very nutrition-conscious. My concern is to illuminate the topic of nutrition and exercise from a psychological-energetic point of view and to work out a path for you that leads you to a good body feeling, inner luminosity and more life energy, and to do so sustainably.

Since the age of 23 I have been dealing with the topic of nutrition and exercise. I tried a lot, often chose the wrong path and gained new insights. I was volleyballCompetitive athlete and today I deal privately with strength and trainingauersport and what effects it has on our energy system and our inner attitude.

Was für eine Erfahrung! Danke Alex, wirklich von ganzem Herzen! Ich durfte in den Genuss einer Online Atemsession kommen und ich muss echt sagen, ich bin einfach nur geflasht. Ohne, dass ich viel "zerdenken" oder viel sagen musste, wurde mir, "nur" durchs Atmen, so viel bewusst. Ich hab so viel Gefühle und Bilder hochholen können, die ich tief vergraben hatte. Du hast mich da so geil durch begleitet und geführt und ich hab mich so sicher gefühlt, sodass ich es einfach geschehen lassen durfte.
