The Connected Breath
Through the incredible power of connected breath - a very intense form of breathwork - energy is released in your body. Energy capable of clearing old, ingrained storage from your system. You cleanse yourself on a gross and subtle level and space is made in your system so that all the parts that you have rejected and banished for years or decades can come back intoyou can land. Because everything has and needs the right to exist. This gives you the feeling of having arrived fully in life, in a life that suits you. In vitality, freedom and self-empowerment and the inner permission to be yourself in every moment. This is embodiment.
Intuitive body work
I work intuitively with your body through touch and movement and accompany you in releasing your blockages. I hold the space for you in which you are protected and supported and can therefore indulge in all your feelings and let yourself go.
It is an awareness and transformation process that brings up layer by layer what wants to be seen and changed.
Nothing touches me more deeply than being able to accompany and support you with this work.

Onesingle sessionlasts approx. 90 minutes, including preliminary and debriefing.

Acycle5 consecutive days allows you to get even more involved, dive even deeper and clear up layer after layer. It is a more intensive accompaniment with 1 session of 2h/day.
