Since February 15, 2016, the EU Commission has provided a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. As a consumer, this gives the opportunity to initially clarify disputes in connection with the online order without the intervention of a court. Liability for content
The contents of my pages were created with the best of my knowledge and belief. However, I cannot guarantee that the pages and content provided are correct, complete and up-to-date. As a service provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages under general law, but as a service provider I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific infringement of the law is known. As soon as I become aware of any violations of the law, I will remove the relevant content and links immediately.

General Terms and Conditions of Business and Cancellation
My offers must be paid in full before the start so that the registration is valid. Unless a different installment payment or down payment agreement has been made. I only work with people who are truly ready to make a change and work on themselves with me by their side. The decision for one of my coaching packages is final (see exceptionsCancellation Policy at Pure Embodiment) and can only be canceled in exceptional situations and in consultation with me. The coaching time that has been used up to that point will be invoiced pro rata.
Participation in retreats or diving activities can be canceled up to 4 weeks before the start of the program. There is no entitlement to a refund of the fee in the event of termination/non-timely cancellation before the start of the offer.
Retreats/Diving Activities Terms and Conditions of Business and Cancellation
After booking, the participant will receive information about the further sequence including payment dates. Once transferred, payments are non-refundable. All other costs such as travel, travel insurance or additional food/drinks are not included. Participation is at your own risk. Each participant is responsible for their own state of health and physical stress. A doctor has been consulted about possible restrictions that may affect participation in the retreat and medical clearance has been granted. The organizer has been informed of these or other restrictions, even if the participant considers them to be minor. These include allergies or intolerances. By booking a retreat / diving activity, the participant agrees to these conditions and declares that they are physically and mentally able to participate in the retreat / diving activity.
The cancellation and terms and conditions of the respective accommodation or offer apply to the booking of the accommodation. Visible on the supply page.
